ALTITUDE ACTIVEWEAR — OUR STORY
For the woman who almost forgot who she was.
You know her.
Maybe you are her.
The woman who kept going when everything fell apart. Who showed up for everyone else while quietly losing herself somewhere in between. Who woke up one day and barely recognized the woman in the mirror — not because she'd changed, but because she'd disappeared into the roles she carried.
Mother. Partner. Provider. Everything to everyone.
But herself.
This brand was built in that moment.
I'm Michelle, founder of Altitude Activewear. At 39, I found myself rebuilding from the ground up. Eighteen years of marriage. Three kids. A life that looked complete from the outside but had quietly hollowed me out from within. And when I finally started finding my way back to myself — through movement, through Pilates, through just showing up every single day — I needed something to wear through all of it.
Not just the gym. Not just the school run. All of it.
The 6am wake ups. The homeschool mornings. The Pilates class I almost skipped but didn't. The grocery store run after. The quiet moment in the car where I finally exhaled.
I needed clothing that could move through my whole life. Not one version of it. All of it.
But everything out there was either built for the gym or priced for a lifestyle most women can't access. Nobody was designing for the woman in the middle. The real woman. The one doing the most with the least and still somehow showing up.
So I built it for her.
Altitude is not just activewear. It's a decision. A declaration. A choice you make every morning when you get dressed and decide — today I show up for myself. Today I move like her. Today I am her.
Even on the hard days. Especially on the hard days.
Because confidence isn't something you find when life gets easier. It's something you choose when it's hardest. It's putting on something that makes you feel like yourself when you've almost forgotten who that is. It's moving through your day fully present in every role you carry — not disappearing into them.
You are not just a mom. Not just an employee. Not just someone getting through the week.
You are her.
And you deserve to move like it.
Welcome to Altitude. I'm so glad you found us — or maybe, I'm so glad you found yourself here.
Move Like Her.
